With over a decade of experience spanning UC Berkeley, chiropractic clinics, private fitness studios, and executive wellness programs, we specialize in helping leaders and teams harness the power of mindful movement and breathwork to optimize performance and resilience. Drawing on my Master’s in Acupuncture, extensive background in fitness instruction, and training as a Kundalini Yoga Breath Coach, I design evidence-informed programs that address physical vitality, mental clarity, and emotional balance. My philosophy goes beyond symptom management—it’s about creating sustainable wellness strategies that support peak performance, prevent burnout, and cultivate long-term health. I partner with professionals and organizations to implement holistic, results-driven wellness blueprints that empower individuals to not only recover but to thrive—in the boardroom, on the road, and in life.
We offer a variety of holistic wellness programs including in person private, semi-private, and corporate fitness sessions that integrate Traditional Chinese Medicine practices and sacred breathing techniques.
